Performance Coaching

Change Coaching

Organisational culture can change for many reasons - some positive merger, growth, acquisition - the opening of new markets. Some less positive - when the merger or acquisition results in down-sizing or hostile take-over. In both situations coaching individuals can have a very powerful impact. It will help to break down barriers by encouraging staff to concentrate on long term strategic goals and short term tactical goals.
